Eligibility

This show is open exclusively to current members of Zygote Press. Non-members who are interested in participating in the Off the Wall may join at our standard membership rates when dropping off work for the show, or you can purchase a membership.

Submission
Process

Artists can submit no more than 10 framed or unframed works larger than 5 by 7 inches. Please fill out a label for each item that includes Artist Name, Title, Date, Size, Media, Editions, Price (see form below, “Labels”).

• All framed works must be ready for hanging via wire ONLY.

• All unframed items (prints / posters / cards / small things etc.) must be sealed in plastic, with foam backing. Unframed works will be hung with magnets.

Additionally, artists can submit an unlimited amount of small items such as cards, coasters, holiday gifts. If you have more than 10 items, please fill out the “Addendum” below.

Zygote will take 25% commission for cards (5×7 or smaller) and 40% commission for all other items.

For each item submitted for the sale, please provide a square format picture taken on a white background. These images will be used to promote the sale and will also be posted on our online store.

Plus: Square format picture for each item

• Download above files to your computer by clicking on them

• Open downloaded files on your computer

• Fill-out all forms (1, 2, 3, 4), save the files and square format pictures under your name, and send these files to brittany@zygotepress.org before the day of your drop-off.

Final
Decisions

Decisions made by Zygote Press concerning eligibility are final. Zygote Press reserves the right to refuse any artwork due to content, any work it considers too fragile or heavy to exhibit, or that has extraordinary installation requirements.
